Our Story

A small roastery with an obsession for the cup.

Meridian began in 2021 with a second-hand sample roaster, a spare room in Kuala Lumpur, and a stubborn belief that great coffee shouldn't sit on a shelf for six months before it reaches you.

Traceable, seasonal, and roasted in small batches.

We don't do mystery blends or year-round “house” coffees that hide tired beans. Every lot we sell names where it came from and when it was at its best. When a coffee's season ends, we let it go — and welcome the next harvest.

It's a slower, smaller way to run a coffee company. It's also the only way we know how to make something we're proud to pour.

We source seasonally

We buy small lots at peak season, working with importers who name the farm, the washing station, and the price paid to the grower.

We roast to order

Every order is roasted on our 15kg drum the day it ships. We dial in each origin to a profile that flatters its character — never one-size-fits-all.

We ship within 48 hours

Sealed with a one-way degassing valve and sent tracked across Malaysia, so it lands on your counter at its absolute peak.
